24 Hour Call Centre/Helpdesk

Premier Support Services can also offer the benefit of a 24 hour help desk/emergency call centre, which can deal with any type of emergency or repair to your premises in normal business hours or out-of-hours – this operates 365 days a year.

Our experienced team of operators can deal with any incident before the problem escalates.

A full report and timeline can then be sent to the relevant individuals within your group so any on-going issues can be resolved as well as creating an audit trail.
