How We Do It
A site survey and dilapidations assessment sets the scope, followed by strip-out where needed, M&E and base-build design, installation, and common parts and WC refurbishment.
Testing and commissioning, EPC assessment and building-control sign-off complete the project, with handover including O&M manuals.
