Last month Premier Support Services officially launched our Core Values at a Culture & Identity Workshop!
We recognised that Premier Support Services are led by 4 core values –
These 4 principles are still at the heart of everything we do and encompasses everything that our Premier People stand for.
We decided to take these ‘unwritten values’ and share them with each of our employees at an exciting event held at Aston Villa FC (much to the dismay of the non Villa supporters!!)
Each of our 4 Core Values were expressed through a various mix of activities throughout the day designed to inspire our Premier People to be the best we can possibly be.
